At God’s Little Children, we strive to accommodate each child’s individual learning style in a developmentally appropriate way. We utilize the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, as well as the Guidelines for Preschool Learning Experiences that were developed by the Massachusetts Department of Education and the Early Childhood Advisory Council, to provide children with the highest quality learning environment.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) activities are an important part of our curriculum.  Our teaching team creates science experiences for our young learners that include hands-on activities, and allow children to explore their curiosities and interests in a play-based format.

We value our time outside as much as we do our time inside.  At GLCP, we believe that being outside is not just about playing. Spending time outdoors promotes health, wellness, and social-emotional interactions, in a natural environment.

The Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks guide our teachers as they create diverse curriculum to accommodate the needs of all learning styles.  Meaningful educational experiences are also developed through our use of the Handwriting Without Tears Program®, and the Teaching Strategies Gold Curriculum, and Assessment Method®.

At God’s Little Children Preschool, children engage in purposeful play in our classrooms, outside playground, and gymnastics facility.  Apple Tree Arts of Grafton, MA provides us with thoughtful and individualized music classes, and all students attend a weekly gymnastics class taught by USAG Gymnastics Safety Certified teachers. During the summer months, children will even have access to our heated outdoor swimming pools, and may have the opportunity to participate in swimming lessons as well.
